Banners arrive flat, arms pre-drilled, fixings labelled by location. Fit the top and bottom brackets to the column using the supplied clamping kit or banding. Slide the arms into the pole pockets. Lock collars and straps. Tension evenly so the face sits flat. After 24 hours, recheck tension and strap tightness, then inspect again after the first strong wind.
