Wipe faces and return with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasives on acrylic and polished metal. Check fixings and cabling during routine cleaning. LEDs have a long service life, and drivers are replaceable if needed. We can provide planned maintenance or reactive callouts.
Built-up letters are a common type of 3D letter. They use folded returns and faces to create depth. Flat-cut letters are also 3D when mounted on stand-offs but have no returns.
Aluminium and stainless steel perform best outside. Aluminium keeps weight low. Stainless steel gives a premium finish and excellent durability.
Yes. We use calibrated print and paint systems for accurate colour matching. Test plates are available before production.
Not always. Non-illuminated letters work well in daylight and well lit interiors. Choose face-lit for legibility at night. Halo-lit suits premium brands that want a subtle glow.
Most sets use stud fixings with stand-offs or carrier rails. We provide templates to position holes accurately.
Yes. We follow your vector artwork and scale to the correct letter heights. Complex shapes are CNC cut for precision.
It depends on material and size. Aluminium is light. Stainless steel is heavier. We will check the substrate during survey and design the fixing method accordingly.
